These terms apply to shopping with Maison Brace and using this website. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean Maison Brace. Please read these terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns and Refunds Policy. For help, contact support@maisonbrace.com.

Using the store

You must be legally able to enter into the purchase, or act with the permission of a person who can. Give accurate contact, delivery and payment information and use only payment methods you are authorised to use. Keep any account credentials secure and tell us if you believe your account has been misused.

Products and sizing

Read the product description and size information before ordering. Screens can display colours differently. Product availability and details may change; the description and offer accepted for your order remain relevant to that purchase. Product information is for choosing and using the sleeve and is not a medical diagnosis or personalised medical advice.

Orders and payment

Placing an order submits a request to purchase the selected items. We may decline an order when an item is unavailable, payment cannot be verified or there is a reasonable concern about fraud or an obvious listing error. If we cannot fulfil a paid order, we will notify you and refund the amount for the unfulfilled items.

Check your order carefully before payment. Contact us promptly to request a change or cancellation; dispatch or preparation may prevent changes. These practical limits do not remove cancellation rights provided by law.

Prices, promotions and bundles

The applicable price, currency, discount and shipping charge are shown before you complete checkout. Bundle offers apply to the quantities and options described in the offer. Promotions may have their own conditions. A later price change does not change an accepted order. Any import charges not collected at checkout are addressed in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery, returns and guarantees

Delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy and can be affected by carrier and customs delays. Contact us if your order is late, damaged or missing. Returns and exchanges are handled under our Returns and Refunds Policy, including the 90-day guarantee that starts when you receive the product.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes a consumer guarantee, remedy or other right that the law does not allow us to exclude. This includes applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law. A voluntary guarantee does not replace those rights.

Website content and acceptable use

Maison Brace branding and store content belong to their respective rights holders. You may use the store for ordinary personal shopping. Do not impersonate another person, submit fraudulent information, upload malicious software, interfere with the website or misuse other people's information. Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to protect the store or its customers.

If you send a product review, it must reflect your own experience and you must have permission to share any included material. Do not include private information about another person. Where you submit content for public display, you permit us to display it with the product or store in the context for which it was submitted.

Shopify and other services

Shopify supplies the commerce platform. Your purchase is from Maison Brace. Payment services, carriers and external websites may have separate terms for the services they provide. A link to an external website does not mean Maison Brace controls its content.

Availability and responsibility

We work to keep the website available and its information accurate, but technical interruptions and errors can occur. We will correct confirmed errors and contact affected customers where appropriate. Responsibility for any loss will be determined under applicable law; no statement here removes liability or a remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and disputes

Updated terms will appear on this page with a revised date. Changes apply prospectively and do not take away rights attached to an earlier order. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Contact support@maisonbrace.com first so we can try to resolve any concern.
