Processing your order

We normally prepare orders within 1–3 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Processing includes checking your order and preparing it for dispatch.

Delivery estimates

Delivery usually takes approximately 6–12 days after dispatch. Processing time is additional. These are estimates; customs checks, busy periods, weather and local carrier delays can affect arrival.

Shipping charges

Available services and charges appear at checkout before payment. Any free-shipping offer shown with your selected bundle applies when its conditions are met. Check the checkout total for the shipping charge on your order.

Tracking

When your parcel is dispatched, we send its tracking details to your checkout email address. Carrier scans can take 2–5 business days to appear. Visit Track Shipment for help.

Changes and delivery problems

Email support@maisonbrace.com promptly with your order number if an address needs correcting or you want to request cancellation. Changes may be unavailable once preparation or dispatch has begun. If tracking shows delivery but your parcel is missing, check your delivery location and contact us so we can investigate.

International delivery

Destination-specific duties or import fees may be payable where these are not collected at checkout. Contact us with any shipping question. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
