90-day money-back guarantee

Your 90-day return window begins on the day you receive your Maison Brace knee sleeve. If you are unhappy with your purchase, contact support@maisonbrace.com within that period to request a refund or exchange. Include your order number or other proof of purchase.

Return condition and instructions

You may try the sleeve on to check its fit. For a change-of-mind return, keep it in the condition received, with its tags and original packaging. The guarantee applies to the knee sleeve whether bought at its regular price or as part of an advertised sale or bundle.

Contact us before posting anything. We will provide return instructions and the correct destination. Use a tracked service and keep the postage receipt. Customers pay change-of-mind return postage; a prepaid label is not included.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Tell us as soon as you notice a problem so we can arrange an appropriate remedy. The change-of-mind conditions above do not limit rights relating to faulty, unsafe, misdescribed or incorrect goods. Where the law requires us to cover reasonable return costs, we will do so.

Refunds and exchanges

We will email you after the return has been checked. Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 10 business days; your payment provider may need additional processing time. Contact us if 15 business days have passed after approval without the refund appearing. For an exchange, tell us the size you need when you contact us.

Consumer rights

This voluntary guarantee is additional to rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law. It does not impose a 90-day limit on those rights.

Where European Union distance-selling cancellation rights apply, you may notify us that you wish to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions. Those statutory rights, including applicable refund and return deadlines, take priority over any inconsistent voluntary-return condition.
